Evolution Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for a Sacramento-area Hyatt Place property. Lead operations, optimize financial performance, and ensure top-tier guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive revenue strategies, manage budgets, and mentor a team to deliver consistent five-star guest experiences. Strong leadership, systems proficiency, and a passion for hospitality are required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years progressive hotel experience or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state

Responsabilidades

• Maximize financial results and lead operations at the property
• Develop sales plans and manage budgets to grow revenue
• Utilize systems and reporting tools to drive fast, informed decisions
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly

Education & Experience

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4‑year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2‑year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state
