Kissel Uptown Oakland is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations, maximize financial performance, and drive guest satisfaction. You will direct sales strategies, manage budgets, and supervise the team to deliver outstanding service. A strong leader with systems know-how and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Formación

• 6+ years progressive hotel experience or 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience
• 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience acceptable

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4‑year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2‑year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state
