Tharaldson Hospitality Management in Roseville, CA is seeking a General Manager for SpringHill Suites by Marriott. You will lead daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage financial performance, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of GM experience in select-service or extended-stay hotels, strong leadership, and ability to manage budgets, labor, and payroll. Marriott brand experience and F&B exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Hotel General Manager experience in a Select Service or Extended Stay hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing hotel financials, budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and payroll.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Marriott brand experience and F&B experience.
• Associate degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, franchise standards, and operating procedures.
• Manage labor, expenses, and operating budgets while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
• Foster a culture of outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and property appearance standards.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and daily financial reporting.
• Build relationships within the local community and actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with the Area Director to develop budgets, business plans, and operational strategies.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks, audits, banking, and reporting requirements.
• Be available to respond to operational needs as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
