Hy-Vee is seeking a Hy-Chi Department Clerk to deliver friendly customer service, prepare and replenish products, and keep the Hy-Chi area tidy and efficient. You will handle orders, manage stock, and support a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and up to six months of related experience. Training is provided to help you succeed, with focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and take orders at the Hy-Chi counter.
• Review daily orders and ensure adequate food supply and production lists.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products; retrieve items from cooler/freezer as needed.
• Monitor freshness and quality of food during shifts.
• Process payments at the department register and give correct change.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Order products and supplies and price items for customers.
• Answer phones and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Follow dress code, hygiene standards, and department guidelines.
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
