Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of related experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders at the Hy-Chi counter.
• Develop or follow a production list to ensure adequate food supply for the day.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products; pull items from cooler/freezer as needed.
• Monitor food freshness and maintain quality standards throughout the shift.
• Check in product, store properly, and review invoices as needed.
• Operate the department register, handle payments, and give change as needed.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and proper safety practices at all times.
• Remove trash and wash dishes as required.
• Order product and supplies; price items for customers as needed.
• Answer phone calls and provide friendly service, including taking orders.
