Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and taking orders at the Hy-Chi counter.
• Review orders for the day and ensure adequate food supply by following a production list.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products; pull items from cooler/freezer as needed.
• Maintain freshness and quality of food; monitor appearance throughout the shift.
• Check in products, stock shelves, and review invoices when applicable.
• Operate the department register, handle payments, and provide change as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and safety; keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with trash removal, dishwashing, and stock ordering as required.
• Answer phones and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
