Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Littleton, CO is seeking a Software/Test Engineer to operate the HWIL Testbed, develop integration objectives, and troubleshoot issues across navigation, guidance & control, and flight software teams.

You will drive end-to-end test scripts, perform regression testing, capture results, and communicate status while maintaining documentation and adherence to rigorous standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate the HWIL Testbed, including configurations, tools, and processes.
• Develop and coordinate integration objectives and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive enhancements to end-to-end test scripts and simulation updates.
• Collaborate with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software and HWIL teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support regression testing, Change Requests, and verify software baselines.
• Document status, communicate progress, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Uphold rigorous standards and processes through strong organizational and communication skills.
