Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering and Technology Manager (ETM) to lead HWIL systems across multiple product lines within IT&E. This role requires strategic leadership to drive the design, development, integration and testing of missile and sensor subsystems in a real-time, closed-loop simulation environment.

You will supervise a multi-disciplinary engineering team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution while applying Full Spectrum

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or related field; MS preferred.
• 8+ years in HWIL or related engineering environments.
• Experience leading multi-functional IPTs and HWIL/test settings.
• Strong background in real-time HWIL integration, RF signal generation, and digital modeling.
• Experience with Real-Time, Closed-Loop simulations for flight tests.
• Expertise in systems engineering processes and HWIL verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead HWIL development, test and integration across multiple programs.
• Oversee RF injection, sensor modeling, OTA testing, and closed-loop sims.
• Serve as CAM for cost, schedule and budget execution.
• Coordinate with USG HWIL counterparts on roadmaps and upgrades.
• Drive IRAD and technology development for future HWIL capabilities.
