Job summary
CBW Staffing Solutions in Stratford, East London is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with HVAP experience to join a commercial building team. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support shutdowns, and act as the technical lead for HV operations.

Qualifications
- Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- HVAP certification or willingness to obtain HV exposure.
- Provide copies of trade certificates.
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Multi-skilled with strong communication and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial building.
- Act as site High Voltage Authorised Person and ensure HV safety compliance.
- Maintain and update logbooks and M&E/fabric systems.
- Support shutdowns and critical maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance on electrical safety to site staff.
