Central Georgia Refrigeration – A Tech24 Company is seeking a skilled HVACR technician to service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the field, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical diagnostics, airflow systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Able to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Own industry-standard hand tools.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance for optimal performance and longevity.
• Install, replace, and commission systems as needed.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and interactions in the system.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues and maintenance plans.
• Maintain EPA compliance and safety regulations.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
• Represent the company with professionalism and high-quality service.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development.
