Job summary

Tech24 is seeking an experienced HVACR technician in Savannah, GA to minimize equipment downtime and keep customers' operations running safely. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while representing the company with professionalism.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, perform preventative maintenance, install systems, document service calls, and stay compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, RTUs, package units, etc).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical diagnostics, airflow systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Install, replace, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
• Accurately document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment issues and maintenance plans.
• Maintain EPA compliance and adhere to safety regulations.
