Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVACR Technician to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVACR systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform repairs efficiently. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of HVACR systems for both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot HVACR systems to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVACR units, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components.
• Ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and follow industry standards for safety and quality.
• Inspect and replace faulty wiring, thermostats, and other electrical components.
• Calibrate systems and adjust controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide recommendations to clients on energy efficiency and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in HVACR preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVACR Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVACR systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools (up to 50 pounds).
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders.
• Primarily on-site at residential and commercial properties.
• May require emergency call-outs and work during non-business hours.
• Occasional travel to various locations.
