Job summary

McDonald's Corporation is seeking a licensed HVACR technician to join our Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut franchise portfolio. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in our restaurants to ensure comfort, safety, and reliable operation.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, reading technical manuals, wiring, and coordinating with team members while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience in appliance repair or HVAC/R field.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
• Effective communication skills to interact with managers, supervisors, and team members.
