Job summary
San Bernardino City Unified School District Personnel Commission seeks an experienced HVACR Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, and supervise maintenance, repair, and installation programs for HVACR systems and energy management controls.

Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVACR systems.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee energy management control systems and water treatment.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; participate in hiring.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
