Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, construct, repair and maintain HVAC systems; supervise warranty inspections.
• Estimate materials, manpower and costs from drawings; prepare master work schedules.
• Inspect workmanship, safety and conformance to plans at each visit; maintain records.
