Qualifications

• 3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred.
• Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely.

• Run warranty calls and recalls on new system installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners.
