We Care Air Plumbing Heating & Air in Murrieta, CA is seeking an HVAC Warranty Technician to service and diagnose recently repaired or newly installed systems, ensuring they meet manufacturer specs and warranty standards.

You will work with installation and service teams, identify workmanship or parts issues, perform adjustments, and keep detailed warranty records while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities

This role requires strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and retrofit procedures, allowing the technician to accurately identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, parts, or system performance under warranty. The technician collaborates closely with installation teams and service departments to verify quality, perform necessary adjustments or repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of all warranty-related work. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
