Job summary

We Care Air Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Tune-up Technician to inspect, diagnose and service heating and cooling systems. You’ll perform maintenance, replace filters, check refrigerant levels, lubricate moving parts and calibrate thermostats to improve efficiency and reliability.

You'll also communicate with customers about system conditions, provide recommendations for repairs, and promote preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC service or entry-level with paid training offered.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and service HVAC units for efficiency and reliability.
• Clean or replace air filters, check refrigerant, lubricate parts, and calibrate thermostats.
• Conduct system tests, monitor performance, and suggest repairs or upgrades.

The technician also conducts system tests, monitors performance, and makes adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Additionally, they communicate with customers about system conditions, provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades, and promote preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment. Their work helps prevent system failures, enhances comfort, and reduces energy costs for clients. We are looking for both an experienced and entry level technicians.
