eAir LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for HVAC distribution operations. You will stock, pick, pack, and ship HVAC equipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and proper handling to prevent damage.

The role supports customers, contractors, and delivery teams while maintaining safety and organized warehouse spaces. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, processing shipments, and collaboration with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Process shipments and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Ensure HVAC products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.
• Assist customers and contractors with order pickups and product identification.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support customer needs and timely deliveries.
