Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national HVAC distributor, seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations including order picking, loading/unloading, and inventory control using warehouse tech. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer service to internal teams and external HVAC contractors.

Requirements include high school diploma and 2–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC; forklift certification is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
