Job summary

Air Engineers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for accurate handling, storage, and shipping of HVAC products. This role includes receiving and processing stock, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory. Safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is required.

You will work with warehouse staff, sales teams, and management to optimize operations while following safety protocols. A strong focus on accuracy and timely dispatch is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience with WMS and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HVAC products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders.
• Stock, label, and organize products in designated areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and uphold a clean warehouse.
