Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national HVAC distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Pompano Beach location. You will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading, and maintaining inventory using our warehouse technology.

The role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives. Requirements include 2–3 years in warehouse operations (HVAC preferred), a High School diploma, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
Experience in HVAC industry is preferred.
Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
Collaborate with internal customers for product delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers.
Other duties as assigned.
