Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Piscataway, NJ. You will manage daily warehouse operations, pick and verify orders, load and unload products, and maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience preferred, HVAC distribution a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
