Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for HVAC products to manage daily warehouse operations, pick and verify orders, load/unload deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse systems.

You will collaborate with store associates and sales managers, uphold safety standards, and deliver strong customer service to HVAC contractors and dealers. Requires 2-3 years in warehouse ops and forklift experience; HS diploma; proficient PC skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in HVAC or distribution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional service to external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
