Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate in Hanover, MD. You will handle daily warehouse tasks, verify orders, load shipments, and maintain inventory while ensuring safety and efficiency. The role supports HVAC/R dealers and contractors with prompt order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably HVAC distribution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of products in the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with Store Associates and Sales Managers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
