Maxair Mechanical is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Marietta, GA to lead a team of 8–14 professionals responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls equipment storage, inventory and logistics. The role emphasizes scalable processes, accuracy, and timely material fulfillment for field technicians.

You will drive accountability, develop a strong team culture, and support company growth through efficient warehouse operations at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse, inventory, and logistics management.
• Experience implementing warehouse policy and processes.
• Experience managing warehouse personnel.
• Proficiency with ERP, inventory management, and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Collaborates across departments to improve warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations leadership across multiple locations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop personnel.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and transportation.
• Manage daily receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs & workflows.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve productivity.
