The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading, developing and coaching a team of (8-14) warehouse, logistics, and tool room professionals. This role is responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory, and logistics of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls equipment and components. This position is also responsible for storage, inventory and disposition of tools, PPE, and MRO. This role will develop and continuously improve warehouse processes, inventory control, fleet stock management, and material fulfillment to ensure technicians have the right material at the right time.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role requires spending a significant amount of time on your feet in a warehouse environment. You'll regularly walk the warehouse, inspect inventory, and move throughout the facility to support daily operations. The position involves occasional lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders when needed. You'll also use a computer and handheld devices for inventory management and reporting and may operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks if certified. The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and in varying temperatures is important.
