Job summary

Maxair Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations, receiving, stocking, and distributing materials to ensure timely deliveries to job sites in Marietta, GA. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support field technicians, and uphold a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification if possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification is preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for service technicians and installation crews.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Label, organize, and store inventory according to company standards.
• Assist with tracking company tools and equipment.
• Dispose of scrap materials and packaging in accordance with company procedures.
• Support facilities maintenance activities as required.
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Deliver materials to job sites, vendors, and branch locations on schedule.
• Verify delivery contents and obtain signatures when required.
• Load and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Communicate delivery status with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
