Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR distributor, invites you to join our team as a Driver. This role focuses on safe transport and timely delivery of products to customers and store locations, with responsibilities spanning route planning, loading/unloading, and maintaining vehicles and warehouse equipment.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet DOT and company safety standards; forklift certification is preferred.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year truck driving experience or 1 year operating Johnstone equipment/vehicles.
• Preferred: 6+ months in a warehouse/distribution facility, HVAC/R exposure.
• Experience with a picker, RF scanner, and inventory management systems.
• Experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of HVAC wholesale industry and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver products to customers and store locations safely and on time.
• Maintain routes, sequence deliveries, verify orders, and unload/load trucks.
• Record sales/delivery information and complete manifests with photos/signatures.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report defects to supervisor.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and fuel/vehicle readiness at day’s end.
• Assist with warehouse duties when not driving, including inventory tasks.
