Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Driver to ensure safe transportation and timely delivery of HVACR products to customers and store locations. The role includes driving, route planning, loading/unloading, and maintaining vehicle readiness, with adherence to DOT/state regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a valid license, 1+ years driving experience, and warehouse familiarity. CDL is preferred, and forklift experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years truck driving experience (26 ft or larger) or 1 year operating Johnstone equipment.
• 6+ months experience in a warehouse/distribution facility.
• Experience with a picker, RF scanner, and inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Record deliveries with PODs and paperwork; verify against orders.
• Load/unload trucks; follow routes and schedules.
• Communicate delivery issues to supervisor and document discrepancies.
