Job summary

The Warehouse/Counter Associate at AIR Carolinas is responsible for pulling customer orders for delivery or pickup, verifying inventory against packing slips, unloading stock from freight, and stocking shelves. You will provide excellent service at the counter and help meet branch sales goals.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to operate a forklift (if certified), strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders for delivery or pickup and load into delivery vehicle or customer vehicle.
• Unload inventory from freight/shipping companies and verify contents against packing slips.
• Service customers at the counter and enter orders accurately into the system.
• Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotion of new products.
• Attend product knowledge meetings and maintain a clean, welcoming counter area.
• Assist Store Branch Manager as needed and participate in inventory cycles.
