Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at our Summerville location to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and inventory control. You will use advanced warehouse technology to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and support internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong customer service and safety focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
