Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a premier national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Florida to manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, loading/unloading, and inventory control with advanced warehouse tech. Performance-based bonuses are available.

Responsibilities include receiving, scanning, and delivering to contractors, dealers, and owners, while maintaining high safety and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
