Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Piscataway, NJ to manage daily warehouse operations, verify orders, and support timely HVAC product distribution. You will handle receiving, loading/unloading, and inventory control with focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers performance-based bonuses and requires 2-3 years in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC, with forklift certification preferred and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety standards.
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
