Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Summerville, SC is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to support HVAC products. You will manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, loading/unloading, and inventory control using warehouse technology. Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.
Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
Other duties as assigned.
