Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Richmond, VA location. You will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking, loading, unloading, and inventory control using advanced warehouse technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in HVAC or related distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external collaboration.
• Proficiency with PC skills and inventory/shipping/receiving systems.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe workplace.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with Store Associates and Sales Managers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to contractors, dealers, and owners.
• Other duties as assigned.
