Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid State or District of Columbia driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating, high pressure steam distribution, humidification and boiler systems.
• Perform fire pump and emergency generator testing.
• Plan and modify systems with engineering to meet conditions and accomplish repairs.
• Assure continuous operation of Central Control Room computers, analyze printouts and alarms, and take remedial actions.
