Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC or mechanical systems service experience.

Responsibilities

• Apprentice will be trained and perform on HVAC equipment and controls at client sites.
• Participate in Service Technical Academy for certified training.
• Develop troubleshooting skills for technical and customer needs.
• Keep stakeholders updated on job progress and issues.
• Meet union training requirements in year one.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations.
