How Will You Do It

We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians with experience in Residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top ducted units. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. We also offer incentive programs and prioritize employee safety. Tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle are provided to perform your job and serve our customers to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities include providing top-level service to resolve facility inefficiencies, offering solutions and recommendations during commissioning and aftermarket service, and supporting upselling opportunities with quotes.

Required
  • Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team, willing to learn and responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services.
  • Must be a member or willing to join a local Union.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience with Residential and/or ducted products, chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top units, with strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chiller components.
  • Travel may be required 10-20% to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Pass a knowledge exam to assess proficiency.

  • Ability to provide quotes and participate in the Service Plus Rewards program.

  • Possession of a Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable licenses, and a valid driver’s license.

This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
Pay Range: $46.60 hourly rate, determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union per a collective bargaining agreement.
