Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven HVAC sales, maintenance, or training experience.
• Strong HVAC systems knowledge and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or training tools.
• Willingness to travel ~50% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HVAC training programs for sales and service teams.
• Lead hands-on workshops on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Train technicians on product features and selling techniques.
