DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in the United States is seeking a Full-time HVAC Training Manager to elevate our technical and customer service training. The role focuses on leveraging VR and live equipment training within a structured curriculum.

We have built a four-year curriculum and a registered apprenticeship with the Department of Labor to help technicians gain industry knowledge and build long careers. Competitive hourly wage and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC technician experience with service and installations.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record; background/drug screening.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• NATE Certifications or other certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient with computer, iPad and phone; Excel experience required.
• Experience with Service Titan Software preferred but not required.
• Willingness to attend trainings and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks.
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
