LG Electronics North America in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Product Training Lead to direct technical training for LG HVAC products, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and the Training Content Development Team to build instructor-led courses, hands-on activities, and e-learning.

The role delivers hands-on and virtual training, tests new products, and supports academy readiness, with travel up to 50%. A HVAC-focused degree and 10+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC industry experience with training or content development.
• 3–5 years hands-on VRF/ductless/residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to develop clear, practical instructional materials and hands-on exercises.
• Experience with product testing, technical evaluations, or new product introductions.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical training for LG HVAC products and develop curricula.
• Create e-learning modules, instructional videos, and demonstrations; validate content.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training at LG Academies and field locations.
• Provide guidance to instructors and coordinate with Product Management, Engineering.
• Support academy operations and readiness.
