Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outside sales, account management, or field roles in HVAC or related industries.
• Experience selling to residential and light commercial contractors.
• Ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and grow accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned HVAC territory by building relationships with contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Provide consultative solutions for equipment and system needs.
• Collaborate with branches, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quoting and fulfillment.
• Maintain pipeline and customer activity in CRM; analyze territory performance to guide sales strategies.
