QLM is currently hiring HVAC Technicians with commercial new construction experience for long-term site work in Tampa, Florida!

Responsibilities (not limited to):

1. 5+ years of HVAC experience Required
2. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
3. Troubleshoot A/C units, filters, coils, and ductwork
4. Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
5. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards
6. Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism
7. EPA Certification
8. Effectively utilize and provide your own basic tools for the trade
9. Work on commercial layouts
10. Maintain jobsite safety

Qualifications:

• Available to work from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Very competitive weekly pay, based on experience
• Reliable transportation required
• Good attitude and ability to work well with others
