Essential Job Functions
- Represent the Acree way - Positive, Passionate, and Professional!
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, time spent, and materials used.
- Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Keep the customer informed about the process and timeline.
- Learn product features and benefits.
- Follow procedures for purchase orders and recycling.
- Maintain equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
- Outgoing personality suited for a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Enthusiastic about SALES and home services.
- Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through skills.
- Pride in going the extra mile for customers.
- Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Criminal background check and drug screening required.
Experience/Education
- At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation
- $80,000 – $180,000 annually (Performance Based).
