Essential Job Functions

• Represent the Acree way - Positive, Passionate, and Professional!
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, time spent, and materials used.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Keep the customer informed about the process and timeline.
• Learn product features and benefits.
• Follow procedures for purchase orders and recycling.
• Maintain equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Outgoing personality suited for a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Enthusiastic about SALES and home services.
• Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through skills.
• Pride in going the extra mile for customers.
• Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Experience/Education

• At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

• $80,000 – $180,000 annually (Performance Based).
