Job Summary

QLM is currently hiring HVAC Technicians with commercial new construction experience for long term site work in Tampa, Florida!

Pay Range

$25-$31 per hour

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• 5+ years of HVAC experienceRequired
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot A/C units, filters, coils, and ductwork
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism
• EPA Cert Preferred
• Effectively utilize and provide your own basic tools for the trade.
• Commercial layouts
• Jobsite safety

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work 7 AM to 330 PM Monday through Friday at minimum.
• Very competitive weekly pay – pay based on experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good attitude and work well with others.
