We are seeking an HVAC Technician who is passionate about pursuing a career in this trade and eager to learn and gain experience within our HVAC department. The role involves performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, repairing machinery, and supporting other HVAC technicians with tools, materials, and supplies. The ideal candidate must be able to follow directions and be willing to assist with any aspect of HVAC projects.

Reports to

• HVAC Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, including warranty services
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation
• Cleaning and replacing air ducts, filters, coils, etc.
• Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order
• Performing preventative maintenance like cleaning coils and air handling units, monitoring and calibrating units
• Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Participating in all technical training
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
• Performing other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
