Job summary

Eastern & Central PA is seeking a Service Technician with at least 5 years of experience to service residential HVAC equipment including mini-splits, gas/oil furnaces, and heat pumps. The role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach and the ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round.

The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, be able to lift up to 100 pounds with appropriate support, drive the company vehicle, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service.
• EPA certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Job description

We are searching for a Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience who is detail oriented, customer service focused and has experience working with Residential HVAC Equipment (Mini split; Gas/Oil Furnace; Heat Pump).

The desired candidate will have the following:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience
• Have a customer focus mindset
• Brazing and Soldering skills (preferred)
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round (weather conditions can be extremely hot or cold)
• Be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
• Be able to drive a company vehicle
• Lift, Push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds and objects over 50 pounds with the assistance of a team lift or forklift/lift gate.
• Standing, sitting, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 100% of the time
