Mitchell Heating and Cooling in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an HVAC Technician - Residential Service to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems. Hourly pay ranges from $31.00 to $40.00 depending on experience, with available overtime and a $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles.
• Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment.
• Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday | available overtime

$8,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates
