Qualifications

• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
• Able to take on-call, after-hours, or weekend work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, AC, and ventilation systems (residential and commercial).
• Clean, adjust, and tune equipment.
• Diagnose faults and flag maintenance risks before breakdowns.
• Handle warranty work and emergency repairs promptly.
• Answer customer questions in plain language.
• Maintain clear daily job logs and stay in contact with dispatch.
